If you want to engage local people to join your fediverse instance
you can create an image using this tool. It outputs an image with a QR code
people can scan to join your instance.
You then need to download the image and go and get it printed
as a sticker from somewhere.
Note: I haven't actually tried it out yet, might still need
some tweaking.
